17th August,2024  His Excellency Senator Prince Bassey Otu Executive Governor of Cross River State, I greet you with love and happiness as one who believe so much in your people's first leadership style and and as one who work tirelessly to make sure you come out victorious in the last election. This is my second open letter since you took over the affairs of government of Cross River State. I pray this letter meet you well so that the content will be well understood.  His Excellency sir I saw an article captured "Gov Otu flag off grand breaking of Calabar-Ogoja rail way project" this drew my attention and prayer for it to be a success. But after a careful and critical thinking i am force to believe that the restoration of "The Crossline transportation company" will be more achievement and helpful to Cross Riverians than the said railway project. UNICEF begins training of AD-HOC VOLUNTEERS on child birth enrollment in Ogoja.

By Stephen Egar Ayim     United Nations International Children Emergency Fund, UNICEF, has commenced a three- day training of AD-HOC VOLUNTEERS on Electronic Civil Vital Registration Statistics( ECVRS) for children between age zero to five years in Nigeria.     The training which was in Collaboration with the National Population Commission, NPC, held contemporaneously at the three senatorial District in Cross River State.
